S[&]T joined the SpaceNed delegation on a 2-day visit to Belgium this week. We were able to establish new connections and had some insightful discussions that have opened up exciting opportunities for future collaborations as we keep working on our mission of creating 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲.
Yesterday, we concluded a productive 2-day visit with SpaceNed to Antwerp and Leuven. Organized in collaboration with Vlaamse Ruimtevaartindustrie vzw & Flanders Space and accompanied by 15 Dutch Space organizations, we visited several Flemish companies, gave presentations, participated in a highly engaging B2B matchmaking program, and attended a wonderful reception at the Consulaat-Generaal van Nederland in Antwerpen. We would like to express our gratitude to all the organizations involved, with special thanks to Antwerp Space NV, Redwire Space, Verhaert | Masters in Innovation, imec, and the von Karman Institute for Fluid Dynamics for welcoming us. We also want to thank the Consul-General Karen van Stegeren for hosting a fantastic reception at the Dutch Consulate. Finally, many thanks to Kris Vanderhauwaert and Wim Lahaye for making this 2-day visit both enjoyable and insightful. Here’s to the beginning of a long and fruitful partnership! Until next time!
