About this job

We are currently looking for a Senior AFM Developer to join the team in Rotterdam.

Semiconductor chips are fundamental to devices we use daily—from TVs and cars to the very device you’re reading this on. As these chips get increasingly miniaturized, conventional measurement techniques can no longer keep up with the required precision. That’s where breakthrough metrology solutions step in. The department that you will be joining specializes in developing in-line tools like Scanning Probe Microscopy (SPM) and Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) that offer the accuracy needed for the manufacturing of advanced semiconductor devices. As a Senior SPM Developer, you’ll be at the forefront of creating innovative imaging modes tailored for critical metrology applications.

In this role, you’ll be part of the System Engineering Department, a diverse team made up of professionals from around the globe. You’ll collaborate with experts in mechatronics, signal processing, software, and applications. Being part of a fast-growing scale-up company, the structure is agile, with few formal boundaries or hierarchy, driven by a shared passion for deep-tech metrology solutions that address our clients’ most complex challenges.
