Account Manager 

Main responsibilities 

As an Account Manager, you generate new business at our accounts and acquire new accounts. This concerns the generation of assignments for the S[&]T consultants at our accounts. You manage the complete sales cycle - from acquisition to order. You will be working alongside our Talent Acquisition Consultants and Resource Managers. 


Your tasks will include and not be limited to:


  • Generating new leads and placing consultants within the accounts following the set targets
  • Maintaining and strengthening relationships with the primary objective of identifying and exploiting new opportunities, obtaining information on competitive behaviour and pricing policies, customer satisfaction and needs, market trends and developments
  • Visiting network places (trade fairs, seminars, etc.) and (technical) partners
  • Compiling quotations and contracts
  • Conducts price/quality negotiations with (potential) customers
  • Support during the interviewing of selected applicants/candidates for vacancies in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Consultants



Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master Level
  • 3 years relevant experience with secondment services 
  • Affinity with or interest in high-tech applications 
  • Outstanding communication skills with a positive, eager and proactive mindset
  • Able to concurrently work on multiple opportunities and continuously set priorities  
  • Solution-oriented & eager mentality
  • Commercial-driven with strong negotiation skills
  • Strong detail-orientation 
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
