Business Development & Customer Success Specialist 

Main responsibilities 


  • You will attract new clients through various marketing and business development activities like:
    • Attending relevant conferences and industry events
    • Executing sales campaigns
  • You will prepare and present sales proposals and quotations
  • You will review sales-related documentation (contracts, purchase conditions, etc.)
  • You will develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and maximize sales potential
  • You will stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to identify market opportunities
  • You will track and analyze sales performance metrics and maintain an accurate and ongoing sales pipeline
  • You will collaborate with customers to ensure seamless integration and maximum value of our products and services by helping them to optimize procedures and workflows
  • You will be the outpost for collecting customer feedback and advocating their needs within the company to help define our R&D to further enhance our products & services

 


Requirements


  • You have a Bachelor's or master’s degree in business, economics, or a related field. Alternatively, a relevant technical background with experience in marketing and sales. 
  • You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • You have experience with sales and/or customer success
  • You have a track record of achieving sales targets. 
  • Existing (business) network within the mining and/or recycling sector is an asset. 
  • Experience in contract reviews/legal experience is an asset. 
  • You are fluent in English
  • You have professional proficiency in another language (preferably Spanish or Dutch)
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • You have strong organizational skills to be able to independently execute and keep track of sales campaigns and manage customer success
  • You are able to explain and present complex technology in a simple way to end-users
  • You have the ambition to work in a scale-up environment requiring flexibility and responsibility
  • You have an affinity with content creation (presentations, social media posts, etc.)
  • You have an EU passport or existing work permit for the EU
