We are currently looking for a Front-End Software Developer to join the team in Maassluis.

We are seeking an experienced Front-End Software Developer for a full-time, six-month contract (H2 2023) to enhance user-analytics products. 

This role focuses on improving the accuracy and consistency of user analytics data, ensuring it meets data management and quality principles. The current implementation, done a few years ago, includes both desktop and mobile apps, making it more complex than typical mobile app implementations. As we increasingly rely on user analytics data for decision-making, it is crucial to ensure the current setup is accurate, future-proof, and meets all needs. Therefore, structural improvements and accurate measurements for existing features are crucial for delivering high-quality insights.

Front-End Software Developer 

Main responsibilities 

  • Data Accuracy and Compliance: Ensure uniformity and compliance with data management and quality principles for user analytics data.
    • Achieve accuracy for both "event" and "session" data.
    • Ensure data accuracy across all application types.
  • Event Implementation: Implement event tracking for all existing features.
  • Framework Development: Develop processes, practices, or frameworks to facilitate the ongoing addition of content to the user analytics implementation.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Provide detailed documentation of the implementation’s current state and conduct a comprehensive knowledge transfer, including best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Front-End Software Developer.
  • Proven experience with custom Firebase/Google Analytics implementations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with other front-end developers.
  • Available on a full-time basis for 6 months.
  • Fluency, both written and spoken, in English.
