We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join the team in Delft.


As a Project Manager, you will mainly work on experimental projects in the Semicon Equipment team. You will be part of a professional team of project managers, working the full scope of a project, from initial conversations with stakeholders to the definition of the proposal and the execution of the project, to the delivery.

Project Manager Semicon 

Main responsibilities 


  • You will manage projects to investigate lifetime effects on optics and materials exposed to extreme conditions, comparable to those found in EUV lithography systems
  • You will support the experimental teams to keep several work requests coordinated
  • You will work in a dynamic field where frequent adjustments and reprioritization of resources between projects are an integral part of the job
  • You will be in touch with different stakeholders
  • You will lead small teams of scientific specialists and experimentalists
  • You will work parallel on several projects

 


Requirements


  • You have a degree (BSc, MSc or PhD) in Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in project management in the high-tech industry. Experience as a project manager in the semiconductor industry is an advantage.
  • You have good social and management skills
  • You are flexible
  • You have a leadership mindset
  • You are customer and result-oriented
  • You are proficient in English
