Main Responsibilities
As a Project Manager Electronics Defence, you will be involved in projects related to Signatures, Electronic Warfare, Electromagnetic Propagation, Electromagnetic Effects, and Directed Energy Weapons.
Requirements
- University Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Astronomy, Defence, or similar field
- 5-10 years of working experience, including several years as a Project Manager
- Affinity working within the Defence sector
- Experience working in a Research & Development environment, especially with lower TRL projects and concept development up to proof-of-concept
- Capacity to lead research Defence programs and external projects
- Experience leading teams and connecting people and tasks/projects
- Fluency, both written and spoken, in Dutch and English
