We are currently looking for a Research Engineer to join the team in Geleen.
As a Research Engineer, you will work in the fast-growing plasma team, developing new innovations related to electrification and plasma technology for (bulk) chemical processes. You will be part of an international multidisciplinary team full of ambition, just like you!

Main responsibilities
- You will be responsible for defining your research, conducting experiments, and collecting and processing measurement data
- You will contribute to building and commissioning new systems as we expand our lab facilities
- You will report your results and conclusions in a transparent and insightful way
Requirements
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Physical, or Mechanical Engineering
- You have experience in the field reactor of chemical/plasma processes (reactor technology, process and system integration, and/or plasma chemistry)
- You feel comfortable working closely with scientists, engineers, and business development colleagues. You can work both independently and in a team
- You identify challenges and potential technological solutions
- You have an analytical and problem-solving way of thinking
- You have a hands-on mindset
- You have a proactive attitude
- You have a good command of the English language and nice communication skills, both oral and written
- Your organization skills are excellent
