Main responsibilities 

This role directly addresses the critical challenge of knowledge personnel scarcity by leveraging the latest advancements in Generative AI to accelerate the journey from data to actionable insights, particularly in quality management processes. You will collaborate closely with our research teams to create proofs of concept, prototype various solution scenarios, and showcase their value, constraints, and benefits—all while driving the transition of these technologies into real-world industrial applications. 

  • Conduct assessments of current engineering processes to identify and drive opportunities for AI integration
  • Develop and deliver strategic recommendations for AI solutions aimed at optimizing system and software design, development, and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI technologies, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
  • Provide expert guidance to engineering teams on AI best practices, tools, and methodologies, ensuring effective adoption of new technologies
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI solutions, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvements
  • Stay updated on emerging AI trends and technologies, evaluating their potential impact and applicability to future projects 


Requirements

  • You are deeply passionate about leveraging AI (Large Language Models) to revolutionize system engineering and software development
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
  • Proven experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and its infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles
  • Proficient in designing and deploying end-to-end AI applications, including Docker and cloud platforms (Databricks, Azure preferred).
  • Experience developing and maintaining Python-based code architectures, following best practices.
  • Skilled in designing evaluation frameworks for AI systems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in multidisciplinary teams and explaining complex AI concepts.
