We are currently looking for a Team Lead Talent Acquisition to join the team in Delft.
As a Team Lead Talent Acquisition, you will be part of our High-Tech Consulting (HTC) domain and will be leading a small team of go-getters Talent Acquisition Consultants and finding amazing new colleagues to join S[&]T.
In this position, you will have the chance to interact with people from diverse backgrounds, and you will be the one supporting them in their job hunt journey, ensuring that the best match between the vacancies and the candidates is achieved. Team Lead Talent Acquisition
Main responsibilities
As a Team Lead Talent Acquisition, your main responsibilities are leading the Talent Acquisition team and finding new colleagues to join S[&]T. To accomplish that, your role will be composed, but not limited, to the following tasks:
- Talent Acquisition: You will source, screen, and qualify candidates for internal, external, and consultancy projects, focusing on improving their experience with us throughout the process
- Team Work: Finding suitable candidates is just a part of your tasks, and that is why you will be cooperating with the team, sharing potential candidates with them, and following up on all the candidate-related subjects within our processes, ensuring that interviews and follow-ups are scheduled with our candidates and hiring managers. You will be interacting directly with the hiring managers and discussing with them the feedback on the candidates and the processes themselves
- Leadership: Guiding the Talent Acquisition team members is your top priority! Defining the teams's daily priorities, supporting them in their responsibilities, and arranging training sessions on a bi-weekly basis are some of the most precious moments of interaction with your team
- Employer Branding: Attracting the most suitable candidates for our projects is a must, and that is why you will be working alongside Marketing to improve our Employer Branding and attract suitable candidates for our projects within different platforms and events
- Strategy: You are the process owner for Talent Acquisition, and you will define processes related to the operations executed by Talent Acquisition, such as the team's onboarding, workflow and the GDPR Procedure. In addition, you will prepare and lead all the leadership meetings in which you will share data and information, collected and transformed by you, related to the Talent Acquisition Team
- Administration: It is extremely important to have all of our administration to facilitate teamwork among the HTC team. You are, therefore, responsible for registering your candidates in our CRM (Odoo), updating their information, and uploading their documents such as CVs and Motivation Letters
Requirements
To match this position you have to tick the boxes below:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resources Management, or a similar field
- 5+ years of experience working as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Consultant and mixed experience in both agency and corporate is a plus
- Experience sourcing candidates for complex technical and scientific vacancies
- Experience with leading small teams, especially with high-performing juniors
- Experience working in Technical, Scientific, and/or Defence industries, and especially interest in exploring them
- Outstanding communication skills, as well as an entrepreneurial mindset and solution-making attitude
- Teamwork-oriented but with the capacity to work independently
- Analytical and data-driven
- Fluency, both written and spoken in English and preferably in Dutch
