We are currently looking for a Team Lead to join the team in Delft.

As a Team Lead, you will be working within the Defence & Security business unit, where we are working on innovative solutions that leverage space technologies. You will focus on the domain of Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PNT). In this domain we are developing software and hardware solutions for various applications, for example for GNSS RF interference detection and mitigation. Common application areas include Defence, Space and Critical Infrastructure. We are looking for a strong project and people manager with a technical background. Your responsibilities will include managing a diverse portfolio of projects within the PNT domain, with a strong focus on productizing technology. You will actively mentor, empower, and motivate a talented team of professionals, enabling them to excel and reach their fullest potential.

Team Lead 

Main responsibilities 


  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams, ensuring collaboration, growth, and performance
  • Oversee the successful planning and execution of complex technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality
  • Actively contribute to the development and implementation of our technology roadmaps
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, building strong relationships internally and externally

 


Requirements


  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Applied Physics or a related technical field, or extensive work experience equivalent to these qualifications
  • Proven project management experience
  • Relevant technical expertise in Position, Navigation, and Timing or a related field
  • Strong people management skills, with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop teams
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing. Speaking Dutch is highly preferred
  • Affinity with working for Defence. The possibility to obtain security clearances (Dutch, NATO, EU) is a must
